David D. Fischer

David D. Fischer is a criminal defense attorney with more than 15 years of experience representing clients in state and federal courts in the Sacramento and surrounding areas.

As a trial lawyer, David has tried more than 30 cases in both federal and state courts in criminal matters, and has argued one matter before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

David earned his juris doctor from McGeorge School of Law in 2002. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from CSU, Sacramento in Business Administration. He also completed the National Criminal Defense College Trial Practice Institute in 2006.
